Jubal Hill – Jubal is a staunch environmentalist who’s dedicated himself to sustainable entrepreneurialism. Jubal has spent a considerable amount of his career working as an environmental business consultant helping companies expand their visions to encompass sustainable practices and proper global citizenry. Jubal has a wealth of experience in marketing, business development and strategic planning. Over the past decade Jubal has consulted for a host of international companies including Western Integrated Technologies, Meridian Capital and American Financial.
Board of Directors:
Dirk Hill – Managing Director, Gansel Australia Pty Ltd. Dirk has been Managing Director of Gansel Australia for the past 35 years. With three decades of successful management experience in the import and distribution industry Dirk brings a unique blend of skill sets across operations, manufacturing, planning, supply chain, logistics, marketing and sales.
Don Burke - Don is a pioneer in Australian lifestyle TV. Don’s television shows have launched or furthered the on-air careers of a number of Australian media personalities. In 2004, Business Review Weekly listed Don amongst its top 50 entertainers. Don is a former board member of Landcare Australia and has been active in a number of other community and environment-related roles including serving as the Chair of the Australian Environment Foundation.
Scott Hill – Director, Noah’ Rule Scott has over twenty years of domestic and international management experience across both the private and public sectors. He has previously held senior executive positions with N.M Rothschild & Sons (Australia), Australian Gold Refineries (Perth Mint) and Woodside Energy. Directorships include the Chairmanship of the Australian Climate Exchange, Outback Exploration, and Noah’s Rule a risk management advisory firm. Scott holds an undergraduate degree in science and post graduate qualifications in physics and corporate finance.
Consultants:
Dr. Geoff Cresswell – Research Scientist. Dr. Cresswell began his career with the Department of Agriculture where he spent 16 years as a plant nutritionist. Since leaving for a career as a private consultant Geoff has worked with many of Australia’s leading firms to develop a wide range of agricultural products and was critical to the development of the international market for coir dust products. Dr Creswell holds a BSc Hons and a PhD from the University of New England with Majors in botany, plant physiology and ecology
Jerome Matthews – Biochar Guru, World Biochar Corp. Jerome Matthews Graduated from The University of Newcastle-Upon-Tyne in 1978 and was called to The Bar of England and Wales in 1980, to the Hong Kong Bar in 1983 and to the Bar of New South Wales, Australia in 1986. His areas of practice included general common-law, commercial arbitration and mediation. He headed the dispute resolution department of a Plc in the UK for 4 years before becoming interested in the potential of the use of biochar, both in the fields of agriculture and combating global warming. He established Australian Biochars P/L but has recently moved on to work with World Biochar Corporation in the fields of promotion of green energy and biochar through their range of contacts in Australasia, The USA, Europe and India.
